Fee Schedule
Precision Surgery Center is a private surgery clinic. Fees are determined on an individual basis depending on a patient’s specific necessities and surgical complexity. The below fees are the minimum operating fees charged.
Included in Price
- Introductory consultation (in-person) with X-rays
- The fee for an introductory in-person consultation is $495. Should your physician recommend surgery and you choose to proceed, the $495 cost will be applied to the total cost of the procedure. If your physician deems that surgery unnecessary, or you do not choose to proceed with surgery, this fee will be non-refundable.
- Introductory consultation (telehealth visit)
- The fee for an introductory consultation is $350. If you choose to proceed with surgery following your telehealth visit, an in-person consultation with the operating surgeon will be required. An additional $145 fee will be required for that visit. If you choose to proceed with surgery following your in-person consultation, the full $495 will be credited towards the procedure fee.

- 3 months of post-operative care office visits related to the surgery as needed (not including additional X-rays)
Not Included in Price
- Travel expenses
- Pre-operative tests such as MRIs, CT scans, etc.
- Please note that Veritas Surgery Consultants can assist in the scheduling of any required pre-operative tests
- Post-operative prescription medications
- Required post-operative assistive devices (braces, walkers, etc.)
